Plz chk on your CMOS settings-->Integrated Peripherals-->onboard SATA Mode-->option would be ..NATIVE IDE,AHCI,RAID
Plz chk it should not "RAID"...Standard should be "NATIVE IDE"...depends on ur MBD BIOS..
and if u dont find the option "onboard SATA mode" then chk where the option for "RAID"is available or not...and change it to "NATIVE IDE" or whichever is there except "RAID"...this problem comes on new MBD
